2011:
Following, our three previous successful trips to Bali little did we expect that this years trip would give us some of our most difficult moments to date. As well as meeting old friends, visiting Bali Kids and hearing about the progress that had been made by the people we had assisted in previous years. We were to meet a father of six, a fourteen year old girl and a four year old boy whose stories were going to stretch our emotions to breaking point.

2010:
After another successful year fund raising, Shona and Russell returned to Bali in September 2010. By the time the this trip had ended, they had managed to act as a catalyst for combining the work of the two main organisations the charity is involved with. Thanks to the charity's efforts, Melia Bali Community Involvement Programme and Anak Anak Bali are now providing support for the island's underprivileged children in a much more coordinated way. The results of these closer links are already apparent.

2008:
Russell and Shona Fleming are planning a return visit to Bali.
They recall noticing deprivation from the luxurious conditions of a previous holiday.
What moved them was not how little people had but rather their wonderful personality as they made the best of their situation.
The Flemings resolve to take gifts with them and make enquiries on the island as to where they could do most good.
Another person overhears their conversation and presses money upon them.
The Flemings are delighted to learn that so many people actively want to make a contribution to their venture,
As well as their original planned gifts, they take with them £1,750
of contributons to be spent in Bali.
